Self Care Consults
Mini Consult - 15 minutes: $15
Short Consult - 30 minutes: $50 - $75 (for dietary)
Full Consult - 60 minutes: $100 - $125 (for dietary)
All but 15 minute session include thorough prepared reference notes of entire consult material.

For first time clients who have not been assessed thru shiatsu or herbal intake, a separate health assessment meeting may be required.
Sliding Scale Fee, Barters and Reimbursement
I do the best I can to accommodate anyone who can not afford above rates. Service barters are sometimes workable as well. Situations involving auto accident, work place injury or flexible healthcare spending accounts are often reimbursable. Feel free to contact me and we'll see what we can work out.
