Shiatsu Bodywork
A first session includes health history, discussion of your goals and needs, traditional pulse and tongue assessment along with a full bodywork session:
90 minutes: $130
Sessions thereafter can be booked at 60 or 75 minutes
60 minutes: $110
75 minutes: $135
Herbal Consult
A first session includes health history, discussion of your goals and needs, dietary considerations, traditional assessment, a beginning herbal plan, custom design of your herbal formula/s and sharing about the actions and energies of your herbs.
90-120 minutes: $130
Follow up sessions vary based on complexity & needs:
90/60/45 minutes: $90/$60/$45
*Cost of herbs are separate and run anywhere from $20-$60.
These may include tinctures, tea herbs, oils, salves, liniments, capsules.
I can also guide you on procuring or making your own herb formulas.
Self Care Lessons
These sessions help clients learn practices and skills to promote self-healing. The meetings are designed based on a client's area of interest.
For example, sessions could include learning self acupressure for a specific issue or general well-being, relaxation techniques, simple mindfulness meditation or Qi exercises, dietary approaches appropriate to your energetic assessment, home moxibustion treatment or home herbal medicine making.
15 minute: $20 (tack onto a shiatsu or herbal session)
30 minute: $50
60 minute: $110
Workshops and Classes
Presentations at conferences, gatherings, events & private homes may be developed at request.
Topics might include self healing practices, acupressure techniques, herbal medicine making, properties and uses of herbs, medicinal plant walks, spiritual bathing with herbs, home remedies, traditional dietary practices for healing.
Sliding scale or barter
Please feel free to inquire if you need a reduction in rate or wish to discuss a potential barter for services.
